By accessing or using Ruvoni ("the Service"), operated by Ignite Vibe Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ignite Vibe Solutions LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
Ruvoni is a travel planning platform designed for families. The Service provides personalized trip recommendations, itinerary generation, flight and hotel search, activity suggestions, and budget tracking, all tailored to your family's ages, needs, and preferences.
Our travel concierge, Erika, assists you throughout the planning process. Recommendations should be verified independently before booking.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Children under 18 may be included as travelers in a family trip plan, but account creation and all booking decisions must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.
Ruvoni provides travel recommendations including destinations, itineraries, flights, hotels, and activities. These recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute professional travel advice.
Ruvoni does not provide visa or immigration advice. It is your sole responsibility to verify visa requirements, entry restrictions, and travel documentation for your destination.
We recommend checking the IATA Travel Centre for up-to-date entry requirements. We are not liable for any travel disruptions caused by insufficient documentation.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

All content, features, and functionality of Ruvoni, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the concierge persona "Erika," design elements, and software, are the exclusive property of Ignite Vibe Solutions LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITE VIBE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
