Ignite Vibe Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Ruvoni, a travel planning platform for families. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

• Name and email address (via Google, Apple, or email sign-in)
• Profile photo (if provided by your sign-in provider)
• Authentication tokens

Family Profile Information

• Family member names (parent/guardian provided)
• Dates of birth (used to calculate ages for planning)
• Accessibility needs and mobility considerations

Trip Planning Data

• Destinations, travel dates, and preferences
• Budget preferences and spending data
• Conversation history with our travel concierge

Technical Data

• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Usage patterns and interaction data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized, age-appropriate travel recommendations
• Process bookings through our third-party travel partners
• Improve our planning engine and user experience
• Communicate service updates and trip-related notifications

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Ruvoni is committed to protecting the privacy of children and fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

What we collect about children:

• During trip planning: Only ages (calculated from date of birth stored in the parent's family profile) are used by our planning engine. No child names or dates of birth are sent to our recommendation engine.
• At checkout: When required by airlines or hotels, dates of birth are transmitted directly to the booking provider and never stored on our servers beyond the transaction.

What we never do with children's data:

• Never use children's information for advertising or profiling
• Never sell or share children's data with third parties for marketing
• Never send children's names or dates of birth to our planning engine
• Never allow children under 13 to create accounts

Parents and guardians may review, correct, or delete their children's information at any time by contacting us at privacy@ignitevibesolutions.com.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with:

• Travel partners (Duffel, Booking.com, Viator): only the data necessary to complete your bookings
• Payment processor (Stripe): payment and billing information
• Planning service provider (Anthropic): anonymized trip planning context only, never child PII
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and trip data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

Conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days to improve service quality, then permanently deleted. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Authentication via Firebase Auth with support for MFA
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers
• Regular security audits and dependency monitoring
• Role-based access controls for internal systems

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential data processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
